Job Description: ​​
​​Controls Programmers are experts at HVAC automation. They setup controllers to monitor data and code logic to help automate and optimize our customer's systems. Like Controls Technicians, Programmers have field duties but focus more on coding and user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Manage, update, review and respond to alerts and alarms
Review and update control programs and operator interfaces for existing sites
Develop control programs and operator interfaces for new projects
Visit sites for repair work on network communication devices
Visit sites for testing of control systems with field technicians
Create and modify control diagrams in Visio
Fabricate new control panels in the controls shop

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
2 to 4 years in technical program and/or equivalent experience in Controls and HVAC service
HVAC & central plant system controls by either Tridium, Easy Io, ALC, Delta, Johnson Controls, Siemens, or Honeywell
IP and BACnet networking
Low voltage wiring
Logic programming and control diagrams
Starting up and testing of control systems

Job Description: ​​
A Controls Technician spends most of their time in the field. They are experienced with programming controls software, but have an emphasis on setting up and troubleshooting both controls and HVAC hardware.
Responsibilities:
Startup, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects
Troubleshoot, repair, and program control systems
Receive and run controls service calls and PM tasks for controls with minimal assistance
Provide training to customer on controls systems as directed
Complete documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports and service reports
Conduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, group meetings and maintaining tools and vehicle (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
HVAC service and Controls experience preferred
Experience with installation, service, or maintenance of controls systems
2 to 4 years in technical program and/or equivalent experience in Controls and HVAC service
Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems. Basic mathematical abilities in all units of measure. Read blueprints and technical schematics as well as specification manuals.\

Job Description:
A Project Manager or Engineer is an expert at organizing and planning HVAC projects. From acquiring a bid or sale, to maintaining customer relations, to overseeing a project's completion; a Project Manager/Engineer uses his leadership, planning, and technical abilities to lead successful operations
Responsibilities:​
Plan, organize and control all resources for the successful execution of a project
Lead project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety and exceptional client experience goals are met
Be the primary point of contact for owners
Negotiate contract agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Manage schedules, change orders, RFI and submittal process
Present monthly project process reports including cost reports updates, RFIs, submittals, safety and schedule reports to executive team leaders
Creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal Responses (RFP's) and the formal presentation for a project
Prepare detailed instructions to bidders, trade specific clarifications and comprehensive bid packages
Participate and often lead the preparation and presentation of budget information to the client
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Project Manager, preferably within our core market projects

Job Description:
A Service Technician is the backbone of maintenance operations. They spend most of their time out in the field, providing maintenance, installing or retrofitting HVAC systems, and responding to service requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Skilled at diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Communicate with office support and adhere to daily scheduling
Complete appointments in a timely manner
Must be able to communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers
Must be able to work independently without much supervision

3+ years of experience servicing HVAC systems
Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently
Must be able to work well with a team

Job Description:
A pipefitter is a tradesperson who installs, assembles, fabricates, maintains and repairs mechanical piping systems. Pipefitters usually begin as helpers or apprentices. Journeyman pipefitters deal with industrial/commercial/marine piping and heating/cooling systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Use appropriate hand (i.e. wrap around) and power tools (i.e. grinders) to fit and install all types of pipe and/or similar tubular products
Have working knowledge of all types of pipe and piping systems, including butt welded, socket welded, threaded, Victaulic, grooved, glued and fused joints
Be able to work with carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, poly, copper, and various high pressure/temperature alloys
Proficient in the use of bevellers, threaders and other end prep machines
Cut or drill holes in walls to permit passage of pipes
Select specified type and size of pipe
Mount pipe hangers and brackets on walls and ceilings to hold pipe
Install valves, couplings and other fittings
Disassemble and remove damaged or worn pipe
Erect necessary scaffolding
Lift, position and secure materials and work pieces during installation and install all other items in accordance with the applicable plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have 3-5 years verifiable pipe fitting experience
Must be able to perform job tasks without direct supervision, have positive attitude and communicate effectively
Strong mechanical background a plus
Detail-oriented. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs accurately

Main Job Functions/Requirements:
Execution of mechanical projects including the installation, change-out, upgrade, and maintenance of all type of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, components, and assemblies. This may include hydronic, chilled water systems, DX, forced air, heat pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, Heat Recovery, Sheet Metal Ducting, building automation controls and various related mechanical systems)
Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in commercial buildings
Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
Work safely following company policies
Managing and/or contributing to project on-time and on-budget performance.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team as required. May be required to assist in the direction of others
Maintaining tools, supplies and equipment.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVACR equipment
Maintaining a high standard of mechanical installation practices
Following written project installation plans
Flexibility to work extended shifts (e.g. early mornings and late nights)
Must have clean driving record and pass background check /Pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Must be able to lift 50lbs. Compensation Package

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Investigate existing controls and improve graphics and programming for consistency
Integrate building equipment and legacy controllers using LonWorks, BACnet, Modbus, and third-party protocols
Program and test DDC Control sequences based on engineered drawings
Confirm BAS program operation by conducting tests and modifying program sequences to meet project objectives
Monitoring contractor performance and working closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications
Participating in progress meetings with the project team
Adhering to safety standards with a high degree of regard for employee and subcontractor safety
Representing our company in a positive, enthusiastic and professional manner
General problem solving
Secondary Responsibilities:
Operating and troubleshooting DDC controls systems
Startup and Commission DDC systems
Assist in performing site-specific training for owners/operators on their building controls
May act as the project coordinator for projects of various size
Minimum Requirements:
5 years experience in HVAC systems and BAS controls
5 years experience in control programming, specifically in Tridium Niagara AX and / or N4
Experience working with BAS systems in multi-building and campus-like environments
Acceptable working proficiency in computers and mobile devices, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and common office productivity software
Ability to work independently
Strong initiative and problem solving skills
Commitment to integrity and personal responsibility
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Able to pass a background check, reference check, and drug screen
Preferred Requirements:
Niagara AX and/or N4 certifications
Experience with BAS design and engineering
Additional certifications in additional BAS platforms
